There's another video of this on youtube and one of the musicians said they knew all the songs but they had stopped playing when she signalled them to stop and just never continued again until that point. In fact, towards the end of the song, she's telling them to stop again and it seems they were not sure, cause they were slow in responding, and they were probably tempted to be annoyed but let's not go there.
