So they were bff and then why slowly fell apart to just good friends then friends and then they just were two people who knew each other.Sad but I think James and Lilly are perfect! When Snape called Lily a Mudblood, that was when he turned into the snarky git you know for the series. Without Lily Snape went to hell and couldn't come back. When I read "The Prince's Tale" that was just my favourite chapter, because that is the one twist in the series that you REALLY didn't see coming. That was just the way to redeem Snape, and was one of my favourite parts. SO SAD and your video represents it perfectly.

I thought 0:56 is soooo beautiful it made me bawl. And I was beside myself when I saw 3:08. It's so beautiful...... he really loved Lily..... and he had to live forever knowing it was his own stupid mistake that Lily and James were dead.
