@jloved909 Well, I can't tell you much, but you do need to be sure and do cardio, too. These videos are great for working up a sweat, but you still need to do other forms of cardio, whether it's treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, or simply going outside for a walk/jog. You can't spot train something, the only way to lose your stomach is to torch the fat and then tone up the muscles.

@ainteffinwithme It all depends on the kind of butt you have, but it has definately made mine bigger, firmer, rounder, and more tone. Despite being 6ft 1, It has given me the Beyonce-like body I've wanted, hopefully I be able to upload a before and after video next week when my laptop's USP port is fixed.

This is a short but very hard and effective workout! I get to work up a sweat in just 5 minutes. And it tightens up my arms, butt and legs all at the same time. Quite amazing!!

You can o it less often and always add new things.. but never stop exercising. And remember results vary for everyone...

@150820112012 everyone is different, there is no set.. you will get results after 20 days of doing it everyday kind of answer. Because everyone's strengths, habits and bodies are different, there is no answer to your question. ^,^ I am 200lbs, and I lose weight at a faster rate then someone who is 120. (My friend and I started working out a month ago together. We go to the gm together and do all exercise together. When I have lost 10 lbs in this month, she has only lost 1.)

@linaKAMEL when you squat look straight ahead, make sure you bend your knees and lower your butt, you are not supposed to bend forward from your back. Keep your tummy in and when you come up push your heels into the floor and squeeze your butt.

I'm a big girl so I modified the donkey kicks using a chair to prop my hands instead of having them on the floor. This kicked my ass, but i will be doing it again :-)
This may sounds weird but if I do this workout and other leg/thighs workouts would it help reduce the stretch marks? Since i'll be loosing fat and gaining a little muscle?
@KatieHope95 I'm no expert but I had the same question and I researched it, it said that stretch marks are like scars they don't go away. But i hear pple say that they diminish a little.
I do this mountain climber workout twice, and the booty shaking workout twice too. and this one twice. Would that help? I cant do exercise in the morning because i got classes but i do this everynight. Would that help in reducing my hips? I got big hips for a petite girl.

SO Tiffany's workout help lifed my behind an inch and half while also reshaping it to look more round and brazilian like.
I've been doing the workout since mid November; I've already achieve my Beyonce body. I've gain 3inches on my behind also lifting it up nearly 2inches and rounding it as well. The trick to get Beyonce's body is to have a small curvy waist, very tone behind, and large tone thighs. Eating foods high in protein such as baked chicken and fish can help slender your stomach along with fruits such as strawberries and grapefruits.
:( i was on my Saturday workout and i could finish boxer babe so i skipped to this one , and i could barely do this one. .but i did the warmup and 10 minute and mountain climber perfect. .but once i hit boxer babe i felt nauseated . .does that mean i need to stop ? because i don't like the feeling of giving up . .but i could barely move w/o feeling like that. .what do you think could've caused that ?
@JessicaW1421 How long have you been doing the workouts? While you are doing the routines I want you to try to count with me. It helps your breathing. If you feel nauseated it is probably because you were over heated. Drink lots of water and give your body breaks. You can also do 2 routines in the morning and 2 at night. I am glad you do not want to give up, that is the kind of attitude it takes to be successful!

I'm a big girl so I modified the donkey kicks using a chair to prop my hands instead of having them on the floor. This kicked my ass, but i will be doing it again :-)

This may sounds weird but if I do this workout and other leg/thighs workouts would it help reduce the stretch marks? Since i'll be loosing fat and gaining a little muscle?

@KatieHope95 I'm no expert but I had the same question and I researched it, it said that stretch marks are like scars they don't go away. But i hear pple say that they diminish a little.

I do this mountain climber workout twice, and the booty shaking workout twice too. and this one twice. Would that help? I cant do exercise in the morning because i got classes but i do this everynight. Would that help in reducing my hips? I got big hips for a petite girl.

@MsVi1973 I've been doing Tiffany's workouts since mid November, before then I was doing standard squarts and leg lifts with my back against the chair. My behind went from big and flabby, to narrow plumb, to round and brazilian-like. Thus giving me an almost Beyonce-like body..

@themarz1992 I've been doing Tiffany's workouts since mid November.I already had the huge Glutimax Maximus to start off with, but my Glutimax Minimus which aids in having your lifted was lacking. SO Tiffany's workout help lifed my behind an inch and half while also reshaping it to look more round and brazilian like.

I've been doing the workout since mid November; I've already achieve my Beyonce body. I've gain 3inches on my behind also lifting it up nearly 2inches and rounding it as well. The trick to get Beyonce's body is to have a small curvy waist, very tone behind, and large tone thighs. Eating foods high in protein such as baked chicken and fish can help slender your stomach along with fruits such as strawberries and grapefruits.

:( i was on my Saturday workout and i could finish boxer babe so i skipped to this one , and i could barely do this one. .but i did the warmup and 10 minute and mountain climber perfect. .but once i hit boxer babe i felt nauseated . .does that mean i need to stop ? because i don't like the feeling of giving up . .but i could barely move w/o feeling like that. .what do you think could've caused that ?

@JessicaW1421 How long have you been doing the workouts? While you are doing the routines I want you to try to count with me. It helps your breathing. If you feel nauseated it is probably because you were over heated. Drink lots of water and give your body breaks. You can also do 2 routines in the morning and 2 at night. I am glad you do not want to give up, that is the kind of attitude it takes to be successful!
