the goal(when your a beginner or your not a header) you will also need goalkeeper to be more challenged. :|

i agree with antonio, u become good at soccer by playing alot, thats how i got pretty good, im not great but i can play..as far as the video it was lame thats not a cross, its better to practice from a corner kick wich is usually where ull be crossing it

second; that heading was ridiculous

third: if u want to be a soccer player, u just dont learn anything from these drills. You learn soccer if u play often, although i believe that if u wanna play soccer u have to be talented, and talent u either have it or you dont.
