This boat was built near my marina in Vancouver Washington.
Tiger did not want anyone to know he was having this boat built by Christianson Yachts.
Apparently it was leaked out from workers to informants working for Tiger.
So, Tigers attys sued the builder and for the most part got the yacht for material cost.
Tiger was quite pleased getting over on the yacht builders.
This action caused a number of shipwrights and specialty workers to be layed off in an increasingly bad economy.

@michaelpilot1000 If your contract says "Don't tell anyone that we're building this" and you do it, you've pretty much defined breach of contract. I would have cancelled the contract and left them with a half built boat.
