I don't think they should arrest child molesters, I think they should just hang them. lethal injection is too easy since it numbs the person. hanging doesn't let those SOB's suffer.
Can't the laws for all 50 states regarding how to deal with child molesters match exactly to keep them away from hurting innocent kids? Any way we are able to get Congress to pass that kind of law?
@143AC while I wouldn't trust any child or vulnerable person around an abuser, but I do beleive one can forgive without putting others in harms way again. Forgiving does not mean giving that person the opportunity to do it again to another person.
@143AC I'm a little confused by your comments. My main concern is protecting children. Adults have the freedom of choice to heal from the pain of their childhood. You said the cops did nothing when your father and brother beat the hell out of you. If you've healed from that experience - good - then the cycle of abuse is broken. Way to go!
I don't know? if Ms.Arngrim also goes after abusive parents and relitives
(I'm talking about family members who beat up their kids..not sexual abuse). I hope that she does..because..years ago my father and younger brother beat the hell out of me.I called the cops..but they didn't do a damn thing.
@143AC I'm working on a book called "Searching for an Apology" If you'd be interested in being interviewed I'd love to go after your father and brother to get their response. It would be my pleasure.
Hey woman director! Alison Arngrim is brilliant and a wonderful child advocate. Let me know if you're interested in working on some advocacy projects together.

Dear Mom On The Streets, I also don't believe in forgiving abusive people..because..they will
never learn their lession. They can manipulate the law that they have
done nothing wrong..and the law.If they believe that these people are
not harmful to others and these people can be forgiven and that the
family unit must be preserved. They encourage reconcilliation.

Dear Mom On The Streets, The police didn't believe that I was seriously hurt and since
they felt that domestic family violence is not a reason to get
involved. They left and did nothing..this was the 1970's..the family
violence laws were different..the law didn't get involved..unless
there was a reason.Today..they do get involved.

Dear Mom On The Streets, I have not fully healed from the abuse that my father and my brother
have heaped upon me. My brother would never get involved with his project and I have
no desire to deal with him again. I would prefer not do deal with him again and I make sure that
no one who has hurt me has any means of contacting me.
