Are stripers bottom feeders or top feeders?What rig did you use

They are both it really depends on what type of fish they are hunting at the time... In this video we fished the bottom with sliding rigs. I have another event just down from that spot on October 29

What bait do you use to catch stripers?

Lures: Pencil poppers, cast masters, swim baits, jerk baits

Bait: Shad, Liver, Bluegill

That's more or less for the delta

I don't keep them often but when I do I use the cooking with Kai recipe for Asian fried fish. I am into cooking Asian food! Thai is awesome!

In July I would be fishing the deeper ledges of points on the main lake. Football jigs, Spinnerbaits in the morning and if it gets windy pick up a swim bait and bomb the points before dragging the jig...

Nope the east delta is free of salt. Around Rio Vista it becomes more brackish
