Aw, congrats! That little "yay!" of his was the cutest thing ever. I don't care that people are saying he didn't seem to excited, THAT right there was happiness, I saw it in his eyes and the nervous stroking of his hair. He's a happy, albeit tired, guy there. ;D
Daddy's not wearing a wedding band because he is a fire fighter and almost lost his finger once because it got hooked on the truck. He got off shift that morning and went to work his second job (at the time) which was building pools. No worries....we were and still are married. Our sweet baby boy turns 10 months old today :)
Even though he was trying not to react, I noticed he was pulling on his hair faster. He was excited but didn't want to get hurt if it was a joke. Cute!
I've seen so many of these videos, and I'm wondering...why do people hearing the news have an initial reaction of "Are you lying?? You're kidding, right? Nope, you're not!...really?" Maybe they're all just coincidentally similar expressions of surprise, but I keep wondering to myself, how many people in the world are actually joking when they tell people this stuff, obviously making a big deal recording them, etc.?? Haha! Congrats to you two, and best wishes! :-)
