man i've been ticketed two times and i hate these pricks! the first time i makred my timing at 1059 at one spot.. when i came back at 12 i parked at another spot on the same side of the street.. only to find a ticket was put on my car. waht a bunch of @#$ters!.

My fucking neighbor who works for the DPT chalked my tires, while I was parked at my house! There is no time limit! I drive that car everyday, I think she assumed it was abandoned because it's such a piece of crap. But seriously, what a bitch.
