the one bell goes off then 4 sec later the other goes off did they change this crossing so the gates go down faster!!

Those gates didn't go down until that train was like, 40 feet away. Where I live, the gates go down long before the train even blows it's horn, and it takes like half to a whole minute of waiting before the train is actually crossing the road.
