The sack is also used for a trade with Snuggly crow for a great strength build weapon. So if you are doing a strength build be sure to be human and grab the sack.

I have the key to unlock that door in the undead asylum, but for some reason my character does not use it, so the door remains locked. Can anyone help me with this, because I really want that ring?

i am a bandit.... i have high endurance so i move fast. also the steel boar earlier in the game dropped a helmet called The Steel Boar Head. its defense is 30 or so.. i told you that to say that black knights are no longer a problem for me

@Zzorrkk If you'd played demon soul, you'd know a walkthrough wouldn't help at all xD You should really give it a try! That's how I know there's a massive lvl in difficulty difference in these two games.

My favourite console game of all time, and this is the only game ive got platinum trophy.

Game aint that hard once you knwo your enemies, and have a proper gear spec :)

@ZGRWhyUDead I understood that this play through was done with rare equipment and on Mage class, also u have great knowledge of the game- the issue is that dark souls is super easy mode compared to demon soul. I'll watch the walk though but won't get the game :P

@mangasaint That's probably because I'm playing a class/build combined with my knowledge of the game that makes it look easy.

@mangasaint Haven't played Demon Souls but it is widely considered to be a little harder by players of both games. As for the fun, give it a try - if you liked demon souls you should like it - the games seem very similar to me form videos. I played Dark Souls for over 110 hours and I'm still not sick of it. And if you like it difficult - don't watch too many let's play vids.

@mangasaint it is very fun and very challenging for sure. If you liked Demon's souls you will love dark Souls. His class is just very overpowered for PvE is all and he has already played through before so it's a breeze for him

Just letting you know. You can acend yyou pyromancy flame to make it stronger and have a A rank scaling.

I'm actually gonna give this game a shot and not take it as serious as i do with other games so that when i die multiple times I don't throw my controller out my window. What would you really recommend for a first play through? I was thinking Pyromancer.

@Murderdoll91 Pyromancer is a great class to start with. That's the class I used on my first playthrough.

I found out for killing the black knight I managed to trap him in the water and just killed him from just above
