yep. rachmaninov piano concerto no. 3 last movement. michelle kwan used this music during her 1998 nationals sp too. great stuff!

Actually, the beginning part of the song is from Rachmaninov's 'Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.' 1:12 is where the Finale of his 3rd piano concerto starts. It's an interesting idea to mix them... I know Rachmaninov's music very well because I have studied it in depth for college educational purposes.
