This fight is the highpoint of the entire series for me. It's well coreographed, well shot and actually has some context. Optimus is fighting for Sam's life and you get the impression that if he fails, the human race is doomed. You actually want to see him save the day. But it aint perfect. I don't get why the Autobots couldn't have split, one half following Optimus to get the Decepticons while the other take Sam to safety. I like the fight, but the setup's a mess, as is most of the series.

Instead I was just sat there wondering why they didn't just do the common sense thing, get Sam out of there as quickly as possible and try to drive the Decepticons away. They all travelled to the factory together, why did it take the autobots so long to get to Optimus, and why didn't Sam go with Bumblebee?
