  • In fact most meat makers in factories around the world I've seen from many videos handle meat without their gloves on. Even minced meat. So I'm not so sure how vital it is, knowing that the meat will be cooked later. But still, I believe they have thoroughly washed their hands. A clean hand and a clean glove doesn't make any difference, essentially. They're both skins. The hand though, can 'feel' food better.

  • Love your sausages and bacon... I'm in there whenever I'm on rt 1.

    Not for nothin'... but the BOH can't be happy about handling that chopped meat without gloves on.
