i always smash the floods to pieces when there r infection form around,or else the infection form will just revive the dead,not smashed combat form

If you play on easy the Elites will not die but becuse they are playing in Legendary, the only way to stop the elites of being killed its just be quick and kill all the flood before they defeat the elites

i found that fire grenades or flares, and the flamethrower work best against the pure forms(tanks,crawlers and ranged) than the combat, carrier and infection forms.

You can easily 1 hit all flood with a battle rifle except Tanks and those crawlers and spikers. ANY difficulty. If you look closely, on their chest they have these weird red tenticle like things on their chest. Shoot there and they will die almost instantly. Its like the Main part of flood on that monster.

no not realy its kinda like a reload since it doesnt reload and it takes time to shoot anyways so it dosent afect it at all

the pure flood types (made mostly from gathered calcium stores) stalker, ranged and tank have some weaknesses which are very deadly. Believe it or not but they are weak to melee, fire bombs, flamethrowers and nades (plasma, spike)

i think that this level is fun and all but like some levels in halo 3, its basically backtracking, making there less environments to play. ex: crows nest, the storm+floodgate, and cortana

Nop. it's not only the flamethrower who overheats, the Spartan Laser does too, after you shoot.

u no theres a sowrdy over the bridge u fell down to. just go to the elvator and theres 2 plasma rifle and 1 full charge energy sword i say sowrds are better then shotgun on floods

legendary, it takes 2 hits for flood to die, thats not fast enough when they surround u lol, i like AR for flood with fast shooting weps. but i respect ur opinion

Depends on which flood you're killing. If your killing the easy flood then any weapon works, but when you're fighting a tank an energy sword is a one hit kill and other weapons take forever to kill it.

one think i notice on halo 3 is that the arbiter never dies, no matter what the situation is.

This lvl is kinda fun but I prefer Sierra 117 on Legendary cause there are a lotta grunt heads to headshot and explode like pinyata. Anyway, the lift area he was at just now had a sword at the end, but he doesn't want it, each to his own I guess. For flood, sticking or grenading the zombies kills em instantly but not the pures. However, fire kills pure easily but not zombie.

PS. Laser overheats as well.
