None of you have a brain, Diesels do NOT run good or start good in cold weather. PLUS, Look how much clearance he has on his barn door roof and his truck, Probably why it sits on little tires, and puts on bigger ones when he takes it out, Kind of like what Monster Trucks do when they drive inside an Enclosed trailor.
They definitely don't like starting in the cold, but once they warn up to operating temps, they run better than when it's warm. My MPG increase on average by 2 when it drops below 50, and 3 when it's below 30. Colder temps shave about a second off my "unofficial" (programmer stats) 1/4 mile times.
