hehe yea, i was doing wat u did for about 2 weeks or so and i was able to hold it for like 60seconds but found it was wrong and it didnt help with strength much.
Just thought i'd give u a heads up cuz i was pretty disappointed to find out i wasted like 2 weeks of training =P

you are doing it wrong, KNEES needs to be on the ELBOWS, right now your thighs are rammed against the side of your elbows, which is wrong

ohh, yeah, this was a while ago, i just recently realized that, but we learned it before in school to rest it on inner knee/thighs
