We went on this same tour and saw the dolphins like you. Shell Island is awesome. I agree this waverunner tour from "Island Waverunner Tours" is the best deal in Panama City Beach water sports. It costs the same for each rider if you share a waverunner as the price of renting a jetski on the beach for just a half hour. We paid $50.00 each for 2 hours of the most amazing things you will ever see!
