They don't do the entire show. They just do this as a formality to make sure everything is set for the show that evening. They have to work out the bugs then, so they don't bump into some rough spots during the show.

Why does she insist on shoehorning other hits into her performances of songs that stand alone? I think the OYH break is aurally offensive, tedious and unnecessary (and she should leave off the aerobics because her vocals suffer). Just perform the fucking song, woman.
