By "upload" I mean that, of course, a record is sent only when the player access to WFC, so if he does the run with "Bubbles", doesn't log on WFC, change his license Mii to "fgsfds" and then connects to WFC, "fgsfds" will appear in the rankings

I have no Idea, and Rivals aren't the person ahead of you which I figured out...one time my Rival on WGM was 1'34 and I had a 1'45 :S so that's definitely not the person ahead of me. his old time was something like 1'09"8XX
