Those are the least accurate form of blood pressure readers, those things can sometimes be up to 30 off the systolic and diastolic. The most accurate way to get your blood pressure checked is to have someone who knows what they are doing manually check your blood pressure. Even in the ambulance most Paramedics manually check blood pressures instead of just taking the EKG's word for it.

Phenylephrine is BAD. NO. But Guaifenesin has had no documented serious side effects. Mainly, it makes the "Crash", dehydration, headaches, nausea, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. that are sometimes associated with DXM use worse.

Well since you had your arm flexed, it could have affected it giving it a higher reading. Dxm does increase your heartrate and blood pressure. If that was what you normally run you should see a doctor immediately, normal is 120 over 80

lol i have been like this on a very high doasge of dxm like 750 mg. it was FUCKIN INSANE. felt like the left side of my body was sinking down and the right side was pulling me up. im assuming this was the beginning of the out of body experience. it was so hard to walk i had to grab a hold of the walls and the kitchen counters. GOOD TIMES. oh and also me and my friends have no feeling at all. it gives me incredible strength and i can fight without feeling any pain

I recommend "Adult Robotussin Long Acting" it has more DXM in it than those pills or Robotussin Dm. It also has no extra drugs in it like "dm" does. Just pure DXM.

@DjKandiHippie Phenylephrine is way bad for you, DON'T take anything with it recreationaly, if you can avoid it. Guaifenesin however, has not been documented as having any serious side effects although it can increase the wear-and-tear on your body. I.E. dehydration, "crash", etc.
ALSO. DXM does NOT always cause pupil dialation. I'm tired of people saying "look at your pupils, you're not tripping". My pupils NEVER dialate, in fact, they contract if anything. You should visit erowid

Phenylephrine is BAD. NO. But Guaifenesin has had no documented serious side effects. Mainly, it makes the "Crash", dehydration, headaches, nausea, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. that are sometimes associated with DXM use worse.
