  • I'm really impressed with you, please tell me you are raking in money or pussy...

  • @ohohsnowsnow real art doesnt pay, id need to make dumbstep to get money, and playing with machines dont get you pussies unless its making dumbstep or shitty autotuned music, but my GF would be jealous if i got that much pussy anyway, as for money, i still hope someone with lots of it will remark me and help me tour with real means :)

    thanks a lot

  • @k1ttyyh thank you very much :)

  • Sick man

  • @woody0666 thanks man

  • Stream of conscience modulating in a big way. Great to see someone pushing the gear the way it ought to be; experiments and exploring themes. Lots of intricacy here, great layering and depth. Well done, BIGup! Boh!

  • @Cericle thanks a lot :)

  • omfg soooo good :P

  • @SpecialEdolore omfg so thanks :)

  • your a madman :D this is excellent and so full of talent too.. quite amazing how all them samplers and synths can produce top of the range DnB.. most people use reason 5 now! well done mate :-)

look forward to seeing you on the shelf in HMV ;-)

  • @kragle2008 thanks, i remember using reason in the days of 1, but for live performance i like to have 1 knob 1 function, so it would have needed like 12 controllers

  • @ElmoPiano wtf are you talking about

who's baby face, and why should anyone care about your spam site?

  • where can i get a green moving wallpaper like that

  • @heaheaheaa you mean the backdrop? i created it in after effects

  • Hey, it's me again! Can you also control the Electribe tempo via the WORD CLOCK, or time piece things?.. thanx..

Nice video!! it's just crazy to see you handling all these gears!! wow!!! keep it up!! :p

  • @oryx908 word clock has nothing to do with tempo, it's the clock that is used to sync digital audio stream(spdif/aesebu/adat) you need MIDI BEAT CLOCK to control the tempo (not word clock or smpte or midi time code)

  • BUBBLES!

  • @bigbadadman i took like 2 days to render the bubbles alone in AE lol

  • yes he rocks begoinning with 0.54,but it s atrocious music..perhaps it could be expressed differently sufferable..6.37?makes it?awaful.awful.oooaaawful.but great .thanks.

  • i love the vid but thatd too many products to control for me

  • Looked like too much to handle ... at first. You pulled it off quite well.

  • @MrSidMan thank you

  • You rock man,

  • @madnuts123 thank you :)

  • gr8 work....some nice hardware to ...cheers

  • @Dragonstud thanks, i love my spaceship :)

  • It must take an insane amount of time to produce in a live situation like that! Do you use many samples?

  • @VortexProducer not that many, only the drums and 5-6 classic drum loops i sometimes use, al synths are hardware synths

  • fat bassline

  • @DnB1Sbg1roolee I agree !!! Love it

  • Ridiculous! That was HYPE!

  • your best live, no doubt,

    very creative jungle!!!

  • thanks a lot :)

  • hey man!! fukin sik track, jus wondrin what that mental piece of kit was that kicked in at about 0:25?? PLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE TELL ME!! it sounded sik!!

  • i THINK (not sure really, long time ago) that its the dx200 , ill check back the pattern when ill be back from work

  • @muzik4machines

ok man cheers for that, ill have a look around now : ) thanks!!

  • Fucking awesome, and the visualizer-looking shit in the background is great.

  • @chrisjuppier thanks a lot :)

  • whoa sweet gear, electribe and 4 kaoss products and I can't even tell the rest :)

  • thanks

there is a yamaha dx200, another electribe, a roland MKS50, a yamaha tx81z, akai mfc42, 2 dbx 266, a zoom rfx2200, a bunch of boss pedals, a redsound soundbite pro, a behringer bcf2000 and you cant see it but there is a motu midi mixer 7s

  • wow ten minutes to program!!

I'm good at dj'ing and have just started doing some production however i'm not very musical and my tunes take weeks to make and never sound nearly as good as yours lol, then again i never did music in school and i'm learning off the net so its slow lol.

  • :)

i did guitar in school(before the internet was for everyone) and it helped me a lot to make electronic music

  • This is just pure sick man, it's a ump up style drum and bass tune and the bass line just hammers it, you should seriously get these released mate, i know for a fact a label such as frontline recordings would release a tune like this cos i buy tunes like it all the time.

  • thanks a lot, an thanks for the hint, ill hunt down the original file to submit it

this was a jam, 10 minutes or so to program and then 7 to play it

  • Just when I started playing with some drumcomputers etc. I see this and feel like giving up lol. That must have cost a fortune...

  • don't give up, the fun is in doing it, not the end result (anyway it is for me)

actually, the cabling and roadcase is way more expensive than all the machines themselves, i either had them from previous bands/gig/studios, or bought them second and third hand, sometimes for peanuts, but the snakes(10 feet, 8 balanced pairs, about 140$, i ust have like 6-7 of them in the racks to connect all those toys

  • Thank you for your reply! Ok, I might give it another shot then hehe. Not a bad idea to collect some stuff by buying them second hand, thanks!

  • nice work, i really fancy the filter....what type is it? sherman..?

  • akai mfc 42

  • funny how as soon as you feel smart for learning how to set up a drum machine and keyboard and a couple FX pedals or whatever you get proud of yourself and start feeling smart for being able to keep up with all the knobs then you see this shit

  • thanks, but remember, it's been 20 years i play with machines, teach kids the machines and stuff, it didn't came in a week or 2 ;)

  • nice job, big ups;)

  • thanks a lot

  • lololololololol fuking music nice beats

  • thanks :)

  • That is quite the set up you've got there.

  • thanks to you for watching :)

  • YEAHHHH!!!!!

  • thanks :)

  • 6 stars, not 5 =)

i only have an ESX, electronic music rocks

  • 6 thanks then, not just one :)

    here they are...

    thanks

    σε ευχαριστώ

    thank you

    merci

    gracias

    Danke

    :)

  • Heavy! Love it. 5*

  • thanks :)

  • whats the setting on the TX81z for the bass or is it customized?

  • see description for parameters as youtube wont let me post it here as there is too many line breaks

  • the theme you had going towards the end is pretty much where DnB is today, check out some of the Reece tutorial videos, you had that Mid Scratch like sound going, should have put that as the lead with that killer MKS 50 heavy bass you got going

  • actually the bass is the TX81z(yes, an FM synth)

the mks plays the higher registry most of the time, but IIRC i went in the bass range a couple of times, but the main wobbling bass is all TX

  • ya can never go wrong with the amen break, its old as hell and still sounds new! the treble bleed intro is way over the top had to turn it down, bass is solid! don't stop flipping those knobs!

  • sorry for the icepick in the ear sound at the start, i was probably as surprised as you were when i turned that knok lol

    thanks for listening

  • freaking amazing, more of this please! some crazy sounds you are creating here :)

  • thanks a lot, ill try to keep up in this direction, even tho i feel like 15 years too late lol
