@ferretsshadow He only has one special move similar to either of them (the flying knee). Punk uses muay thai in real life, so of course he's going to have similar moves to two muay thai characters. Gameplay wise, he plays nothing like them.

I like the fact that you took the silhouette of CvS Joe Higashi and made it a bit thinner to resemble Punk's physique. You definitely got his moveset to a T, though adding a Pepsi Twist or Shining Wizard would be nice yet I know you wouldn't want to add too much to the character. Nice job!
@UnstableProtagonist He has a Shining Wizard. If you do the Shining Wizard Combo (the one where he knees them and does a bulldog) and the opponent is crouching, he does the Mutoh-style Shining Wizard. The Pepsi Twist is another move like the Pepsi Plunge where it wouldn't really look like the Pepsi Twist since he can't actually put the opponent in a hammerlock (because of the required sprites). As in I silhouette the sprites, and then draw my own over top of the silhouette so that proportions and limb placement is correct. The SPRITES are mine, the ANIMATIONS are not. Reading comprehension is your friend.
@HiGhHoLymE Well, it has a double underhook, so every other character would have to have sprites like that, so yeah, it would be nigh impossible to do. Plus he hasn't done it in ages, so I don't imagine people will be upset about it. I did give him the Anaconda Vice as a counter special, and the Suicide Dive I was talking about. He's pretty much done, once he has AI I will be releasing him.
I'm not too interested in pro wrestling myself, but you're doing a great job with CM Punk here. I might make a video of him duking it out with Ruckus when he's released. =D

@eminem1993 Still working out the logistics of the Anaconda Vise as a 2-D fighting game move. He may get a Falcon Arrow as a grapple, as well. I'll definitely be adding a Suicide Dive that he can do during the run part of his Shining Wizard Combo.
@TheNMOMC2 Have you ever actually seen Punk? That's pretty much what he looks like. He has a more lean less bulky figure because of his style, he probably wouldn't be able to do all the martial arts stuff he does if he was huge and bulky.
I vote you make JBL. He'd be perfect for Mugen.
