My right soft key has the exact same problem. Tried to gently lift the flimsy plastic button surface to smooth out the wrinkled thing underneath, doesn't help at all. Grrr.

E73 is much much better and powerfull than Bold 9700. Bold only has BBM as special feature. E73 has many things.

@truongphuocdat Actually, sometimes the screen "refreshes?"/ blinks black and quickly turns back into its normal menu screen. It happens occasionally. Is that a major problem I should be worried about?

It is slick and sexy, and I doubt you will find a regular person (not a cell phone geek) who dislikes it's design. The camera is nice, in comparison with E71 huge improvement. The only complain, is that VGA video only records at 15 FPS.

@timppa600 If you are going to buy one of those i'd buy the N97mini. I have used the n97 mini and X6. The n97 mini has great build quality, battery life was about 12 hrs, but thats with live aps running. i'd wait for the N8. I currently have the n900, which i love.

I bought an E72 and immediately returned it. I'm fine with the small screen, low resolution and out-dated OS, but the fact that the flag-ship model of Nokia's business class smartphone has so much issues with its email and exchange setup and I have to google it for an solution just pissed me right the hell off. I used to like E serious a lot :(
