that would be octaves, in this case 13-11 12-10 16-14 and 14-12

if you dont know what octaves are, they are on the A string and G string .. in this case the lower numbers 11,10, 14 and 12 would be where you place your index

and the higher numbers 13, 12, 16 and 14 is where you place your ring finger..

btw you're just plucking these two strings in harmony to his playing.
