i've never seen three, let alone four bones played in one hand. i'm just getting back into playing after a long hiatus and found this video to be excellent in basic rythms
I have yet to learn to play with both hands and to play with more than three in one. But then, I only have one pair of bones... perhaps I should go invest in another pair at this year's Tønder Festival? Hohum.
