Good food made simple, i would make my red sauce for pull pork a bit diferent than my BBQ sauce, also people - if you have a smooker use it, NOTHING beats that flavor of smooked pork on the low and slow :-)
I've been making your version of Pulled Pork for four years now, watching this video is basically tradition at this point. Thanks again for this amazing recipe from tye UK
You do an absolutely superb job of making things simple and taking the terror out of cooking! Could you please make a video on the various ways to chop things? Thanks so much!
I just wanted to thank you for sharing such a delicious recipe. I made it this morning with pork loin instead as it has been readily available in my fridge, and turned out great except it's not as tender as yours, but delicious nonetheless. Thanks again for sharing.
@AudreysTube - Hi! You would need to break the 20lbs of meat into several roasting pans (about 5-7 lbs per pan). Then just cook it as I demonstated on the video.
After the initial time in the oven could you finnish the meat off on a bbq, if say you wanted to have a picnic but still have the meat hot? thanks in advance.
Thank you so much for taking the trouble to upload this video. Living in England I only heard about pulled pork the other day and have been looking for a recipe to follow that didn't use a smoker. Will be making these at the weekend. Thanks again!
This looks amazing! I wanted to try making pulled pork for the upcoming long weekend in July, and this recipe sounds fabulous (and easy!) Thanks so much for posting this!
I got this recipe over a year ago and have been making it over and over again. It is simply delicious! I've passed the recipe on to friends and family and everyone loves it. Anyone watching this should try and you too will love it as well!
Thank you so much!! Never had pulled pork before and just fixed it yesterday for dinner!! it was AWESOME!!! this is something I will be def. making again soon!!!
I made this recipe about 3 weeks ago and word got around so fast of how good it was that I am now making another tomorrow!!! It was so easy and very delicious!!!!!
Love your videos! I have eaten at Graysons and it is awesome! I am a Louisiana girl and I am loving all your videos. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge of cooking and all your great recipes. Dont stop..cant wait to see what you will cook up next!!
Scott , your videos on all your dishes are amazing , Im originally from New jersey but now reside in Scotland UK . I made some of your pulled pork sandwiches last week for some friends and they went crazy over them , I do the same with beef and with chicken as well . If your thinking about making a cooking DVD let me know . Thnx !! G
scott your pulled pork looks awsome, so tender looking. I can adjust my spices accordingly. But, my question is.. the boston pork butt that I have is 5.13 so how long should I initially cook it? before pulling it out for the browing process. thanks for your amazing video.
Great cooking demonstation on pulled pork! I smoked my pork butt in my smoker for 5 hours at 300 but it did not fall apart as per your demonstration... I also did not wrap foil around it.... maybe I did not smoke long enough?
if i wanted to make the pork riblets like they have at applebees....what kind of cut would i ask my butcher for....i have never seen them at the supermarkets.....pulled pork recipe was great!!11
I make pulled pork all the time. There were some really good tips in the video. I usually brown it on the grill and then right to the crock pot 5/5 stars
Great video. I saw another pulled pok video but I hink yours was the best. The pork looked so soft and juicy and yours was flavored more. I will do that sometime this week and tell you the results. I bought the ingredients that you did mention here, just to buy the pork now. Keep up the good work.

Looks delicious! What if you want to make like 20lbs of meat? How long would you cook it for and at what temp?

For riblets, I would ask for "baby back ribs" or have the butcher cut a rack of pork ribs in half lengthwise.
I'm glad you liked the pulled pork.
