I've read every bio book on Freddie and have never seen anything about him having extra teeth. Look up a picture of Jer Bulsara, his mom. He inherited his large protruding teeth from her. He had looked into getting them fixed, but was advised that to do so may very well change the shape and size of his mouth, thereby changing his voice, articulation,etc. I'm happy he didn't. How awful to destroy that voice in the name of vanity. I think he's handsome just the way he is.
