I hate these kind of movies because the combats are jokes. The black man can easily kill Leo Fong with the shotgun from 20 meters but he prefer "fair fight". Never fuck with the enemy. Armed to the teeth gang and you will beat them with bare hands? And when you fight with 2-3 guys the rest 20-30 just wait for their turn? In real fight at this condions you will be dead at first meter.

By that logic, you must hate a LOT of movies with fight scenes. Movie fights are almost ALWAYS unrealistic. I say "almost" because yes, there are some films that showcase fighting in a realistic manner, but those are VERY few and far between. Watching two guys pummel each other in a streetfight is rarely as interesting as it is in the movies, with a little planning and choreography. In essense, you're right, but movies will always embellish the reality. Even crappy ones like this! ;)
