@GuyInArmor Gyms are the last place you should train. Train outside in the real world, with real risk. Take it slow and easy, push yourself to your limits and train smart, train safe. Don't be a show-off or reckless retard. Do it for yourself no one else. And don't please don't start with flips, you need to learn the proper vaults, rolls, jumps etc. and condition yourself properly first. Once you've obtained and mastered all the vaults. . . then move onto flips. Outside is Parkour's true spirit!

@Jhakaro Who are you to say what the correct place is to train? The gym is where I learn everything. If I didn't train my new flips inside first- I would be NOWHERE NEAR where I am today, and I would probably be dead If I were try all this new stuff I know NOW outside. Crazy.

Bottom Line- Training inside is fun, and works on your stuff. Training outside, while it may bring an increase in risk, stresses form and developes your brain to get over mental gaps.
