I believe there are 3 reasons why Iranians are out on street fighting, but we aren't:

If you enjoyed this segment, I highly suggest you read "Going Postal". It's mainly about school shootings and workplace shootings but also ties it in with slave revolts (or rather the lack of them). It goes into the psychology of a corporate slave...pretty interesting and about an afternoon to read.

The normally "official stance" of all American based psychology is to create pathological disorders from anyone who does not accept what is considered "the norm". Being that my family was on welfare in the US when I was little, and moving and I having trouble with constantly being told to make adjustments to my life, I decided to be myself. This lead me to become examined by sociologists - some good and some were utterly horrid. The bottom line is most people would rather you not be yourself.
