Thanks it worked for me.. also stop unwanted programs by using Microsoft Process Explorer, stop Antivirus whn not needed, clean pc from junk files by using registry cleaner like reginout.

Disk Cleanup and Defragmenting will not really improve performance. If you want to make your computer faster you need to use msconfig.

just create a shortcut to C:\Windows\Temp and place it on your desktop and access it and delete all the temporary files in it, (in Windows 7) create this C:\Users\PC name\AppData\Local\Temp and the last one C:\Windows\Prefetch

@MrFruitlord If you're going to a do a disk clean-up I'd highly recommend a disk de-fragment afterwards, and deleting all the temporary files (%temp%) isn't really needed that much :)

Also apter %temp% when I selected the files, and deleted, I got worried because u mentioned that some files were not deletable and my pc deleted them all. Would you elaborate. Should I worry???
