Hard to tell what branch because I can't see what the real color of his shirt is, Navy has planes in the middle east too. But it does look like the intake from a F-15, so it's probably the AF
The Air Force is not trained to fly off of Air Craft Carriers, that is the US Marine Corp. Although, that probably is a Navy guy giving directions while dancing lol
