Why don't they make songs like this anymore? They all sold out...check EPMD song "crossover" it eclipsed the industry and what was beginning to happen in the early to mid 90's. It was a self written prophecy of Hip-Hop as we all knew it - Hip-Hop died along with Biggie and Pac in the late 90's. Bottom line - emerging artists went pop in order to go platinum and clock mad green. Majority of artists today are in it for the money not for the passion or luv of Hip-Hop.
