Really nice job! One little thing, maybe try the vocal with a little more emotion. The song is about how Harrison can't believe how we could have become so blinded by illusion. The song is sung by someone who knows otherwise and is somewhat frustrated and sad, even a little pissed. His guitar is him.He weeps.

Personally I think it's a very good cover. Actually originally, the song was one of the guitar songs of all time. Even getting close...is amazing and yes, I think you did that. The engineering could have been a bit better.
