I think it is more important than ever for everyone to stick to pure vegan lifestyle. I would also remove all the mercury dental amalgam fillings or anything that may potentially hurt the intellect.. And where possible, i would also urge the government to do something against the air pollution.

Remember, as bible said, judge not or you will be judged. The reason why they are there is probably because we have lessons to learn.
