i lost 37 pounds of stored fatty acids in 2 months. my body had to use that fat as fuel for energy. why didnt i die? to hear most idiots talk, that much fat should have killed me.

My premise was simple, 30 days on meat for you and 30 days on veggies for me, then we compare bloodwork. :) Now I do not mind you having the atkins way of life, but there is no science to back up your side, if you want to live the best life and be active, veggies and fruit is the best way to go. You can survive on anything really, but that is not the goal. =)

Once you body adjusts to eating real food, like oranges, apples, veggies, lean meats, etc - you will eat less. But only if you cut out ALL processed food and sugar. You cannot do both. It won't work. I never eat bread or pizza or anything else premade with the exception of Pepperidge farm whole wheat crackers. Eating junk food almost killed me. It's amazing what real foof does for your life.

I do not eat anything with corn filler in it either. I only drink water or grapefruit juice and a lot of carrot juice. I eat salmon, tuna, baked chicken. No sauces. Lemon juice and spices ok.
