  • @komela1 just use the beginner's clip... the navy seals ab routine clip that I made... very long time ago... my first clip... if you want to attempt this clip again... try bending your knees more and place a towel or pillow underneath your lower back for support...~ahmad

  • In this video you said to do the workout again the next day. But, I was told that working out the same body part two days in a row is kind of bad, so I had to space them out and do a certain workout every 2 days. What do you suggest?

  • @FrozenDrink Thats only true for larger muscles. For your abs, you have to shock them in order to get a chisled effect. Working them out out 2 days in a row, then a day off, then 2 days again is good. Boxers do like 2000 sit ups a day so go figure

  • is there any way i can work one side of the lower abs? i dont mean to brag but i have a killer 6 pack but its like a 7 pack if you get me it feels like i only have one lower ab on the left. for me there is no question that it is being covered by fat becas my body fat is about 8%. im 16 an ive had a 6 pack since i was about 13 but ive always wanted an 8 pack. ive been doing lower ab exercises for over a year and i am only seeing results on one side its strange. should i do more of the exercises

  • @MCtomox yeah im 14 also, 6'2, and i rer squat 155, stay in sports and atheltics and, every time after i work out, i like to do these videos before i hit the shower. shower time is like the best time of the day ahah

  • I was skeptical before watching this vid but now I see what you're doing. We do similar ab workouts in Muay Thai, good stuff keeping it fresh with planks and bicycle crunches keep your abs confused and working hard. It works. Keep doing what you do man.

  • @dragonflar8 i get that, but i still do particular exercises because people say that you cant spot sculpt (its all one muscle like you said) but you can spot reduce. i do these to get rid of all the fat covering my rock hard lower abs :p

  • A tip on playing music in the background, make it softer to were one can focus on your voice, but still notice the music. In this video, it's a bit loud, but it's only constructive criticism :)

  • @chebaka4 when training certain bodyparts, your whole body is losing fat almost equally - there is so such thing called spot fat removal when training. The more muscle you have the less visible is the fat to look at.

  • amm im sorry, this is going to sound stupid, but what do you mean do this after cardio?!! i mean first when i work out i do your navy seals ab workout, then do this the lower abs exercises, then do some weights, then go to run 1 or two miles, am i doing something wrong, or should i do first the lifting weights, push ups, run 1 or 2 miles, and then do this two abs workout video??!! please tell me!!

I am a former Green Beret with 5th Group Special Forces Group and although I am no longer in the shape that I used to be in I like what you are doing, oh stop worrying about your clothes, we know that you're working out, it's not a big deal; however it's really irritating cause we can't concentrate as hard on you, as we are watching your every move trying to learn to execute these exercises as well as you are!     Because i've been trying a LOT to eat well and it's been like 4 months that i'm completely watching (very very very hard) for what i'm eating..

    but I still got my ?belly fat? (i'm not sure it's called like this because i'm french and not totally bilingual) but what i meen is that can you tell me if this exercise is good for burning fat?

  • @2jass2 this is considered a resistance clip...or muscle toning... To shed fat you need to watch your eating and increase your daily cardio... use my week 1-12 cardio clips and watch the lesson 2-4 clips...ok?~ahmad

  • Is this good for that annoying pouch that females can never get rid of? Also is this just a muscle building exercise or will this help you loose inches and fat also? My abs are strong just covered with untoned skin and possibly a bit of chub, but i'm not like heavy.
