XD From what I`ve heard, they`re suppossed to be brother and sister in this video. Here`s the thing. Kantarera (or Cantarella)was actually a poison used by the Borgia family to poison victims. Cesare and Lucrezia Borgia (siblings) were suspected of incest. Maybe the song refers to them.
