You can cut out a good hour of cooking by pressure cooking the beans first, and then adding it to this delicious broth! But I wonder if that will take away from the flavor?

It's nice to see some constructive criticism every once in a while, it's what every chef needs, although you need to have some basis for that statement you have said there.
