Let me start off by saying that you were always my favorite, so I'll miss you. But my point: We grow, we change, and so do our interests. I completely understand, partly because the same thing happened to me. Thanks for all the laughs and for being a part of the Twilight fandom in its heyday. where people are saying oh Twilight is getting old and it seems like people are just following what those people are saying and starting to dislike something they really loved just because others are bashing it now. Anyhow my point was if you love something it's not a bad thing to be able to share it with others and talk about it, I love talking about Twilight, I never get sick of it. Of coruse the newness wears off but that doesn't mean you just dump it and move on.
@slm32402 We aren't just dumping it. We all have lives that were getting in the way of making videos, as evident from the lack of them in the past six or so months. Katie and Sanne just graduated college, Emy is engaged, Ashley was the president of her student council and about to start college, and I'm a theatre major in college who has to work to pay rent. We didn't take quitting lightly and it was a long time coming. People and their views and likes change. That's all. End of.
You know when I love something, I love sharing it with other people I don't like being the ONLY person who knows about something I really love. I mean, how awful would that be if you could never share the same experience with anybody else, I think that's part of why Twilight was so much fun is because you could relate with people you woudln't normally relate with. Twilight brought people together and to just forget about it or act like it's old news is kind of a shame. I'm seeing a growing trend
Actually. When I love a song, no matter how many times I hear it, i'll never hate it. Some of the magic and greatness of the first times of hearing it wear off, but I still love it no matter what. Same with Twilight. Of course, the original allure and excitement that I had when I first became a fan isn't all there anymore, but I still definitely love the saga, and I always will. You guys acting like you don't like it at all any more just seems totally fickle....
@yourexloverisdead Exactly. I may not be as crazy as I was when I first got into the saga, but i still love it. I still get excited for the movies, I still watch the few twilight collab channels that are still up. Twilight was such a big part of my life, and I can just let something something thats had so much impact just go.
@yourexloverisdead Yeah, why are so many people saying their over Twilight now? All the Twilight channels I was subscribed to never make videos anymore and the saga hasn't even finished yet. I feel like they're all fair-weather fans, I mean if you love something you don't just up and decide one day you don't like it anymore lol. How long has Harry Potter been around and their fans aren't saying "it's getting old" makes me wonder how loyal Twilight fans really are, cause they don't seem to be.

We still like Twilight, but after making about 100 videos about it, there is not a lot left that hasn't been said yet :) I'm sorry you feel like you wasted your time watching our videos, because we absolutely enjoyed making them.
...and like I wasted my time watching your videos, because after all that, you're just not "gung-ho." So, what I'm trying to say is that just because it's a "phenomenom" or whatever, it shouldn't change your outlook on it. Because everything that you loved about it before is still there, just more people know about/talk about it. Doesn't mean you have to act like your "oh so over it."

From there it was the movie and how poorly I found it to be acted and everything with that. I still watch the movies and it's still part of my life. I owe a lot of what I have today to Twilight. I didn't just drop it because everyone else started liking it. So what I'm trying to say is that you should judge me when you know nothing about me.

There are those of us, all of the girls on this channel, who loved the books, and it gets tiring to have people talking about things that they only like because other people like them.

this is going to sound lame,but i started to cry,because i know how you feel..reading the books for the first time was amazing..then they stared to go overboard...thats all they talk about.Im not saying i dont like talking about twilight....im just saying its not about how wonderful the books are and how you felt reading it...now its just "OMG Taylor is sexy cuz he has abs,and Robert isnt because he's dosn't" even though i love the actors and all (<3 KStew<3 Rob).its come to an end..and it hurts
If you think you'll forget about something or it'll lose it's importance along the way don't do it to begin with! So, if you don't like Twilight now then you shouldn't have joined in the project in the first place, Chelsea.
