The shouting was part of the act. When Mirren arrives on stage, there's no communications device for her to use to pass the instruction to the Marines smashing the Champagne bottles. The shouting was the spooks announcign they had re-captured it, and it is then delivered to the stage by the blonde in black. All a bit cheesy, but great fun. And I agree, Helen Mirren looked fabulous.
