@ProtoBurn Thanks but we're focusing on our new games escapeVektor: Chapter 1 and Spirit Hunters Inc for the foreseeable future and won't be making any more myLifeCollected apps for the moment.
@shi2468 When you save a postcard, it is added to your Nintendo DSi/3DS Photo Album in the Nintendo DSi/3DS Camera application. You delete postcards within the Photo Album, not in the myPostcards application.
I'm actually finding this useful, but not in the way it was intended. I'm using it to study Art History images. I take the picture and write the description of it below. I tried to do this with DSI's photos, but it was really messy to write on top of the image... this makes it neat and easy to read.
@XtraBl00d666 You send postcards by using the Nintendo DSi Camera Application which allows you to upload images to Facebook, Transfer them to other DSi users or transfer them to SD Card where you can email or print them from your PC/Mac :)
This should be called postcard creator.. You have no ability to share these via email! All it does is let you create a post card and save it to your photo album.. No wonder why it was only 200 pts. P.S. why the hell would I want to send the postcards to myself on facebook?? And everything you upload is posted to your wall.. So dumb
Please guys translate mypostcards to spanish, here in latin america the most of games are on english, if you publish my postcards on spanish I will buy it!
How many people actually carry their DSi around with them in such a way that they would have it on them when they were standing in front of the Opera House/Eiffel Tower/Grand Canyon I ask you?
I really don't see this being anything more than a gimmick in the same way the photo manipulation and sound manipulation apps built into the DSi are.
They're fun for a few mins and then most likely will never be touched again.
Still it's very cheap and as a throwaway app I guess there's no harm in it.
I have some ideas that you should create more like that. If you do not mind hearing me out D:~

Great idea. It's a shame you can't send it over wifi to facebook straight from the application though. would save alot of time.
Does Nintendo not allow this?

We are hoping to release it in March/April. We will post here when we have a firmer date :)
nnooo 2 years ago
when does it come out?
carusofilming 2 years ago
YAY, I can't wait! :D I'm going to buy this and send it to my friends and stuff.
There should be friend codes so you can send it to your friend even if they're far away.
You could have a inbox holding postcards from friends, and a DSi Communications set up page, and the whole nine yards.

If you have to go on to a PC just to send it anyway then the application is pointless no?
What can you actually do with the postcards you have created directly on the DSi (as opposed to having to load them onto a PC first)?
Otherwise why would I pay 200 points or whatever for this app when I can do the same basic thing on my phone of PC directly for free?
I don't get it!
impurekind 2 years ago
Well you can send them via Facebook on the DSi or transfer them DSi to DSi :)
Plus how many postcards with your own writing can you make on the PC while standing infront of the Opera House/Eiffel Tower/Grand Canyon?
nnooo 2 years ago
Good job, Nnooo!
That's really creative!
Can't wait to get this one too!

Well I assume and hope it's very cheap e.g. 200 points.

this looks amazing but would be better if it had the ability to send the postcard by email
actionreplayuser 2 years ago
You can send it by email. Just transfer it to SD card and pop it onto your Mac or PC ;)
There is no built in email on DSi so unfortunately adding it to the app is a no go for us :(
