The Phoenix of the Opera series is the ONLY legit sequel to Phantom, as far as I'm concerned. LND is trashy, fluffy nonsense that destroys literally EVERYONE'S character, but the Phoenix series is just EPIC WIN. And, of course, TOTALLY E/M which makes it that much better... more people should love this pairing, because let's be real, it's the only pairing that even makes sense!
WHOAA WHOOAA!!!! ok so I looked up Phoenix of the Opera. and... OMG there's like a series about it and there's sooo many other books based upon POTO. Oh by the way... lol. it's funny cause my military call sign (nickname) is Phoenix. YESSS!!!!
Are about a billon Phantom sequels all trying to change the ending of the ALW musical including one by ALW himself called "Phantom: Love Never Dies." I would like to see a different story line in these sequels like Phantom helps to direct a documentary about himself in modern day. Phantom helps the poor children. Phantom lives above ground and helps other deformed people like himself.
Aww thanks. Yah her series are amazing! I have a trailer for the Phantom's Opera also. I made that video before I even read the book. I hope you watch it and tell me what you think!
It does have a lot of sex, but at the same time some of it is necessary to describe how Erik, the phantom, needs it to feel secure about himself. They are still great novels!
I think the Phoenix of the Opera was an okay sequel to POTO, but Colette Gale's UNMASQUED was much, much better. It's very erotic, and Erik and Christine end up together at the end.
Thats kewl. See the reason why I love Sadie's novel so much is because though I will always wish Erik got a second chance with Christine, I wanted to leave the very ending like in the movie the same. If they ended up together, the beauty of seeing the ring on the rose would have ruined it. But I am still open to reading Unmasqued.
