"The Six Bullerby Children" by Astrid Lindgren is my all time favourite book, I know it is a childrens book, but it's just sooooo goood! The other favourite is "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde.
one flew over the cuckoo's nest(ken kesey). I read this for school & its one of very few books I was required to read & loved. Easy read and will make you laugh & possibly sad. Also, extremely loud and incredibly close, you might if heard of it. I hope they dont mess it up too bad. I recommend this to everyone and it made me cry. Its about a boy who's father died in 9/11 & his journey to learn more about his fathe &coupe. The images in the book are also very powerful.

I'm currently reading, "Abby Cooper, Psychic Eye" by Victoria Laurie--so far, the book is really good...
This is sort of a teenage or tween age book, but The Life History of a Star by Kelly Easton is awesome! I keep a collection of quotes from books and movies and stuff (just for kicks and giggles) and the book is so quotable! For something more grown up and classic I love love love A Tree Grows in Brooklyn and all of Betty Smith's books!
About a year ago I read a book called "The know it all" by AJ Jacobs. It's been a while, but for some reason it's the book that came to mind that I thought you might enjoy. It's a smart and clever true story :) Hope you get a chance to check it out. Thank you for your videos, I truly enjoy them.

@figuremom i love my kindle its amazing. when i first got it was hard to adjust because i like books/the cover/the smell:) but whatever book i'm reading being on the kindle and my phone so i can read anywhere turned me!
I loved kite runner. I think this is the only book that I've had the chance to read cover to cover. There was a movie based on it that came out a few years back but this is still my all time favorite read :D

Next great book The Skinny Bitch again great eye opening info that will certainty change your life and it's funny too and the title gets me everytime :) the book I just completed is... Fed Up With Lunch, it was written by a Chicago school teacher about what kids are really being served and how she went about changing the lunches for the better. Imperfect Justice by Jeff Ashton about the Casey Anthony trial if you like true crime otherwise Tarzan of the Apes by Edgar Rice Burroughs is a classic story so well written that I have read it 4 times. P.S. I really enjoy your videos, you have great advice.
A thousand suns is such a good book about this girls relationship with her dad and how hard it is being a muslim women. Very emotional though. I live in the UK but can i still enter? If so please enter me:)

I read so much I don't think I could pick a favorite but if you're ever in the mood for an easy, girly read you should check out "Mr. Maybe" by Jane Green. It was written in the 90s so you have to look past some of the described fashion but it's really an adorable story
Crystal stay away from my man Shemar....he's mine! Lol. Anywho....on to my answer....a fave book of mine is The General's Daughter by Nelson Demille. It's a great suspenseful book.
Reading has definitely helped me pass time in college and a little bit ago I watched The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (the original Swedish version is on Netflix) and I was amazed. It was one of the best movies I have ever seen. Well there is a trilogy by that same author that continues this.. The author is Stieg Larson, and it is the Millennium Trilogy. They are amazing, it's a little intense, but I guarantee you will NOT want to put the books down!! They are awesome!!
Two books I can recommend are The Help by Kathryn Stockett and Wither (The Chemical Garden Trilogy) by Lauren Destefano. I couldn't put them down they were so good! I cant wait to watch the movie now of The Help and book 2 comes out of the chemical garden trilogy sometime in Febuary.
I've been reading beach blondes a sommer novel by Katherine Applegate which is more like a bible rather then a book to me hahaha too big!! Lol anyways it's a whole series so go check it out
My all time favorite author is James Patterson. His entire Alex Cross series (and the movies that spawned from them) are always in my reading rotation. His recent collaborations with other authors and forays into romance and family scenarios are also wonderful. My favorite of them all would be "Kiss the Girls".
I really love 'Confessions of a Shopaholic' by Sophie Kinsella and I think you will enjoy it too! It is about a woman who can't really afford to be shopping like she does, but does it anyway because it is the only way she can comfort herself. So I can kind of relate to this - but with makeup! Haha! You should definitely check it out!
My favorite author is Steve Berry! He writes Mystery/Thriller novels that kind of have conspiracies in them. My favorite of all of his books is The Alexandria Link! I always read through his books really fast and I just love them all! :) Thanks

Difficult haven't read too much lately but one of my favorite classic books is The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison and I just finished ready Eugene Robinson's Disintegration (non fiction) which I thought was excellent.
I'm really into the hunger games trilogy right now. I read the first book in about 2 days and I'm a quarter way through the second. Its nice, light reading that keeps me interested. Plus, I like to read the book version of movies before I see them.
My favorite book is The Giver by Lois Lowry, which is actually part of a trilogy with Gathering Blue and The Messenger. I also love The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins, all the Harry Potter books by J.K. Rowling, and the Uglies trilogy by Scott Westerfield

Don't Die, My Love or Saving Jessica by Lurlene McDaniel are so good. They're sad books but they're so well written that you won't be able to put them down. Really touching stories.
I think we like all the same things! I love eyeshadow...I don't carry it in my purse either because if I were to spill it I wouldn't care about the things that were possibly ruined by it I would just care that I just wasted all of the eyeshadow! I read so much I don't think I could pick a favorite but if you're ever in the mood for an easy, girly read you should check out "Mr. Maybe" by Jane Green. It was written in the 90s so you have to look past some of the described fashion but it's really an adorable story

Reading has definitely helped me pass time in college and a little bit ago I watched The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (the original Swedish version is on Netflix) and I was amazed. It was one of the best movies I have ever seen. Well there is a trilogy by that same author that continues this.. The author is Stieg Larson, and it is the Millennium Trilogy. They are amazing, it's a little intense, but I guarantee you will NOT want to put the books down!! They are awesome!!

Two books I can recommend are The Help by Kathryn Stockett and Wither (The Chemical Garden Trilogy) by Lauren Destefano. I couldn't put them down they were so good! I cant wait to watch the movie now of The Help and book 2 comes out of the chemical garden trilogy sometime in Febuary.

My all time favorite author is James Patterson. His entire Alex Cross series (and the movies that spawned from them) are always in my reading rotation. His recent collaborations with other authors and forays into romance and family scenarios are also wonderful. My favorite of them all would be "Kiss the Girls".

I really love 'Confessions of a Shopaholic' by Sophie Kinsella and I think you will enjoy it too! It is about a woman who can't really afford to be shopping like she does, but does it anyway because it is the only way she can comfort herself. So I can kind of relate to this - but with makeup! Haha! You should definitely check it out!

I'm really into the hunger games trilogy right now. I read the first book in about 2 days and I'm a quarter way through the second. Its nice, light reading that keeps me interested. Plus, I like to read the book version of movies before I see them.

Don't Die, My Love or Saving Jessica by Lurlene McDaniel are so good. They're sad books but they're so well written that you won't be able to put them down. Really touching stories.

I think we like all the same things! I love eyeshadow...I don't carry it in my purse either because if I were to spill it I wouldn't care about the things that were possibly ruined by it I would just care that I just wasted all of the eyeshadow! Also, my favorite book of all time is The Giver. They made us read it in elementary school and it's stuck with me forever.
