1. Anarchism is a "ism" as well, so the "ism"-part really doesn't tell (you'd have to stick with Panocracy...).

2. Communism (not state capitalism wrongly called communism) is pretty close to anarchism as most of the power structure translates itself into real life by property rights. There are exceptions, of course (religious dogma, direct violence, obedience and racism), but all of them aren't quite popular in communism either, espicially in liberal communism.
