I adore JAGJIT SAAB,he carries this ghazal with pessimistic message beautifully through his flawless rendition.Chashm e saqi ke baghair bhi bekhudi mumkin hoti hai, shaikh kya koyi bhi shakhs agar sajde mein jhukeka toh zaroor asar hoga aur aakhir mein har shab e ghum ki sahar hoti hai , kyun ki ' Raat jitni bhi sangeen hogi, subah utni hi rangeen hogi.

Opening of these slides one after another gives a poetical semblance of sort....of those jalwon ki jo umr basar karanein ko dhoondate hain....how do they all know that they need to get a master key first from one Vipan Da....who is busy saari umr basar karanein ko...

Every couplet in the priceless ghazal by Ibn-e-Insha teaches how we don't have the right to expect our lives to be filled with an uninterrupted series of fulfilled hopes and festive experiences; that we need to take our failures and disappointments in stride.
