Why would you procharge an 04 cobra when its already setup with a roots blower? I can see upgrading to the kenne belle or whipple but trading 8psi on a roots blower for 8psi on a procharger seems like a waist of money
@az0884 Nvrm just saw u were running 20lbs. Had 8lbs stuck in my head from the previous video I watched. Still dont understand the choice though of going with the procharger over a twin screw.
@az0884 roots style superchargers are usually cheaper, and produce more low end power.
centrifugal produce more high end power, better for drag racing since you are in top of power band usually when you take off.
IMO, If you are doing stoplight to stoplight racing, stick with the roots, otherwise go with the centrifugal. Either way, you would want to compare the compressor maps to see what works best for your application/needs.
@az0884 After doing a F1-A procharger on a cobra, I wish I would have never done it. I'd still have my cobra if I wouldn't have gone down that road....

what kind of bypass valve is that ? i kno the noise isnt just coming from the f1a alone
