@Highstar25 the point was that the number itself was irrelevant, which is why they stopped using them. They could all have been a power level of 3-4 and "9!?" meant he was stupid powerful. When it came down to it, the animators could have gone out of their way to change mouth movements to keep the actual translation and meaning, or they could have simply changed the number and kept the actual meaning of what was being said (the easier and more sensible of the two options). Derp.
