  • i know it sounds daft but how do bodybuilders get rid or chest hair coz i tried waxing and that hair romover cream and it just makes me all rashy and it looks shit and the hair grows back quick and its itchy and iratating.

  • whatever suits you best, shaving, hair cream, waxing, i personally go with hair removal cream, less painfull and very effective

  • I'm surprised that Kevin still buys into the high rep build definition myth. Fortunately, his genetics will allow him to get cut doing whatever he wants as long as his diet in in order. But for us lifetime drug free lifters with shitty genetics, low reps and heavy weights is better when losing fat, since it preserves muscle mass.

  • You got to remember he will get back in shape quicker he used to compete professionally so his muscles are trained, but he will not get that freaky look, because he aint using roids here I think

  • When Kevin says "high reps build defenition" it worries me a little on how high is knowledge is in accordance to bodybuilding and nutrition, even though he is/was one of the greatest pros ever. High reps do NOT give you defenition. Lowering your body fat percentage does.

  • Definition, no high reps do not improve definition.

    However, high reps do improve separation and muscle fullness, which enhances the appearance of a well defined body.

    He is speaking in terms that the average person can understand. To someone who knows better, you could nit-pick what he says and correct him but your average guy doesn't know the difference anyways so hes not gonna go all scientific on his videos because he doesn't need to.

  • I can show you scientific proof that confirms and refutes almost anything. Numbers are just that... numbers!! What kevin is doing is similiar to high volume training, but his weights are not baby weights like everybody likes to think. There is a constant flowing and flushing of blood in and out of the muscle. Which enhances recuperation and muscle control. Which in turn, when supplying the proper nutrients leads to "full" muscle bellies and genetics will determine where your cuts will be.

  • A muscle can either grow or shrink, you can't cut or define a muscle. Being cut is a matter of having a low body fat % and a lot muscle mass. Doing 12 reps instead of 5 is only working the muscle under the fat, not cutting the muscle.

    It doesnt matter. You are just working the muscle under the fat no matter what rep range you are working with. Overall body fat must be reduced to lose fat in any particular area, you cant spot reduce fat by working a certain area.

  • you diplinish you glycogen stores much more using higher reps from your muscle so when you do cardio you burn fat for energy instead of the stores.

  • its amazing.. i saw a picture back from the 90's of Kevin, and he looked amazing.. even back when he didnt workout he looked good, but now.. he looks even better.. cant wait till he is 100% cut and satisfied.

    also, hes only 2-3 days in on his cut, but from my experience, im not sure about 2-3 days, but in 2 weeks i went from 22% BF to 16%, i think it all depends on the person..
